AUCTION TERMS:

  • Within 48 hours following the bid closing, Sellers and Buyer will sign a Buy / Sell agreement. Within 72 hours following the Bid Closing, Earnest Money equal to 10% of the final bid price will be deposited with Flying S Title and Escrow, Lewistown, MT.

  • Sellers and Buyer to share equally in the Closing Agent’s closing fee.

  • Seller’s to provide title insurance.

  • Transaction closing date: On or before July 1, 2026, at Flying S Title and Escrow, Lewistown, MT.

BUYER’S PREMIUM:
